Cyber Canion provides cybersecurity investigation, digital forensics, OSINT, and consultancy services. Our services are based on current digital intelligence and technological constraints. We do not guarantee a specific outcome if the digital evidence is inaccessible or destroyed beyond forensic recovery.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you have the legal right to request an investigation for the digital assets involved (e.g., you own the account or represent the organization). Using our services for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the incident.
• Ensure that all evidence provided was obtained through legal means.
• Follow technical safety recommendations provided by our expert team.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Mutual Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of your case. In return, you agree not to disclose our specific investigation methodology or internal findings unless authorized by us or required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Canion is not liable for data loss or any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the cybersecurity incident itself. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for the services provided.

6. Ethical & Legal Compliance

We do not engage in "black hat" activities or any practice that violates international cybersecurity norms or the Digital Security laws of Bangladesh. We cooperate with law enforcement and legal professionals as per established protocols.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
